Sign UK Sales & Marketing Agreement

[June 21, 2005] (Hathersage, UK and Bellevue, WA USA) Health Tec Services Ltd. a Hathersage Derbyshire, UK based, privately owned dialysis specialty company and Advanced Renal Technologies (ART), a Bellevue, Wash.-based medical device company announced today that the two companies have signed a sales and marketing agreement concerning sole and exclusive rights to market ART’s Citrasate® liquid dialysate concentrate and DRYalysate® dry powder dialysate concentrate in the United Kingdom. Both products are used in kidney dialysis.

“We are very excited about this new partnership and are looking forward to working very closely with all the team at ART over the next few months to ensure the successful launch of this new citric acid concentrate –the first major change in dialysate chemical composition in 30 years, to our UK haemodialysis customers,” said Chris Pearson, Executive Director Sales and Marketing, Health Tec Services Ltd.

Health Tec Services currently market a comprehensive range of haemodialysis consumables including blood tubing sets, bicarbonate cartridges,dialysers, haemofilters,disinfectants and sterilants and also have an extensive range of related equipment including dialysis chairs, calibration meters and precision weighing systems some of these products are also manufactured in the US but increasingly many are also sourced globally including Germany,Italy,the Netherlands,Hungary and most recently Egypt and South Africa.
